so i've been taking the bus a lot lately
On the other hand...when you don't volunteer to take the bus...its not the Bizz.
So the other day when my auntie Kim was going to the Fox Hills Mall to take my sister on a shopping spree. She wanted to go the day she was leaving so we were short for time. Since she had a rental car, the initial plan was for her to meet my mother somewhere so my mom could pick me and my sister up because my car was at home. But knowing Auntie Kim, I should have been more prepared. Auntie Kim took until the very last minute to come out of the mall (not to mention we split up and she wouldn't answer her phone ugh!). Then she had to turn her rental car in an hour early (which was by the airport). Now this wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't on my period that morning and my cramps were kicking in at the wrong time with no medicine to help cope. So I called my mom who was was irritated that auntie kim was taking so long so she went to sleep and told me to take the bus. So me and my sister took 2 shuttle busses at the airport to get to 232 bus stop (which was on break for 30 mins). So we sat on the floor waiting for it to start up. Then the bus ride was like an hour long (which we went to sleep on) and then got off and walked uphill for 10 mins. UGH! I was so pissed and in pain. Not the bizz...anywho. I just felt like telling about that.
with lots to say,
Cee.
discovering something new.
was it just me,
Now onto Drake. Now if I wasn't on this Christian thing right now...I would have to say I absolutely love Drake and every song he ever made. However at the BET awards...uhmmmm his performance was so wack. He needs a little more time on him too. I need some more entertainment. Maybe its just me. Maybe the same things just don't entertain me anymore. Is it just me? or is talent lacking here? I mean like Keri with her vocals, Drake is ridiculously clever and a super dope lyricist, but his performance was lacking. So yeah...that's my 2 cents.

today's adventures,

This book was about waiting to find the guy that's really right for you so that you can reach the most purest, beautiful love on Earth that was meant for you, by God. The author has found hers by reaching deeper intimacy with God. Thus, God sent her an earthly prince charming. I was encouraged to stop messing around with these doe-doe heads that call themselves men and trust God to send me my REAL prince charming. && I'm excited to see what God has in store for me. Some of the other books I wanted to read (but I couldn't check out at the library) included:
- Sister, Ink by Rebeca Seitz

- Christy and Todd: the College Years by Robin/Jones/Gunn
- Answering the Guy Questions by Leslie Ludy
- Mixed Bags by Melody Carlson

These books all leave inspirational messages relating to God, in your head. I especially like the mesages about how women don't need to degrade themselves by dressing appealing to males )by their standards). Buttcracks and cleavage are not necessary to show your real beauty. && I plan to continue to live by my inside beauty. By my heart, my personality, and my love for God will stand for my beauty and not my booty or my chest. Ladies...you feel me? Well you should.
From beauty within,
Cee.
